Green Ideas, Real Impact.
We hold tree preservation and the biodiversity of our urban environment at the core of our ethics. When we assess Trees it is with a holistic lens, not just for the Tree but for the ecosystem we are all a part of. Our goal is to ensure that our intervention will impact that system in a positive way. We identify ways to mitigate risks of trees negatively impacting the infrastructure we place around them while leaving as much natural habitat to support the life that rely on Trees for infrastructure. We can do a lot to ensure a flourishing life for the Trees around us while holding space for the life that revolves around them.
Big Results From Small Arb
Our business model is small and that’s intentional. Our focus is to use our skills and knowledge to improve the relationship that we have with the Trees in the urban setting. Being small allows our code of ethics to be our primary focus in the care we take with our clients and their trees. We establish relationships with our clints and help them foster a relationship with the Trees around them.
We strive to provide a service of continuity. When you schedule an estimate with us, the arborist with whom you speak to in person is the same individual who responds to your emails, text messages, and returns your phone calls. This same arborist will also be on site when the work is being completed to ensure that everything is just as discussed.
In contrast, large Tree service companies have huge overhead costs which puts them in a position of focusing on profits. They sell services which serve their bottom line first and foremost. What is best for the Trees comes secondary, if it’s considered at all. The person you speak to in person is typically a different individual from the one you correspond with via email and phone, and is rarely ever on site when the work is being completed which can lead to a complete breakdown in communication.
